We have used Lori multiple times over the past few years and have recommended her services to others. She is an invaluable asset when it comes to booking a trip. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the different places we have booked, but she makes herself available in times of need. A perfect example of this took place last summer, in which we had booked a 2 week trip to Europe. It was so easy to plan this trip with her and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our transfers and train tickets were booked, our hotels and every detail was laid out in a way the was so easy to navigate! We had some issues with our luggage getting to us, and a quick call to Lori eased our fears. She gave us all of the necessary information to locate them, and even made calls on our behalf to get things taken care of. One of the best things about working with Lori is that she is not just in it to make the sale - she followed our trip up to and during the entire thing.
